Companies

A company holds everything: accounts, transactions, customers, vendors, categories, products, integrations, files, and team members. Most users only ever work in a single company, but you can have access to multiple (for example, a parent entity and several subsidiaries).

Base currency

Every company has one base currency. All amounts shown in reports are converted to it at the day's FX rate.

The currency is set on creation and can be changed in Settings → Company settings. SaaSFlow supports the 30 most-common world currencies — pick the one you actually report in.

Switching companies

If you have access to multiple companies, the picker in the top-left of the app lets you switch between them. Each company has its own data, team, integrations, and settings — nothing is shared.
