Notifications

What SaaSFlow notifies you about, and how to filter the notifications list by type and date.

SaaSFlow notifies you when something needs your attention — a bank connection broke, a customer's subscription changed, or a teammate mentioned you. Notifications appear under the bell icon in the top bar, which shows a badge with your unread count.

Click the bell to see your latest unread notifications, then See all to open the full Notifications page. Clicking a notification takes you to the thing it's about (the account, customer, or transaction) and marks it read.

What you get notified about

Notifications fall into four groups:

GroupNotificationsTells you
Connection issuesBank connection error, Bank connection expired, Balance mismatch, Integration errorAn account stopped importing, a balance no longer reconciles, or an integration needs reconnecting.
MRR / subscriptionsNew, Upgrade, Downgrade, Cancellation, ReactivationA customer's subscription changed — see MRR & subscriptions.
Comments & mentionsTagged in comment, New comment, Liked commentActivity on a transaction you're following — someone replied, liked your comment, or tagged you.
AssignmentsAssigned to transaction, Assigned to multipleA teammate assigned a transaction to you to review.

Connection issues are the ones worth acting on quickly — an expired bank connection means no new transactions are importing until you reconnect.

Filter the list

Two filters sit at the top of the Notifications page.

Type

The Type filter is a single-select menu. Pick:

  • All notifications — no filter (the default).
  • A whole group — e.g. Connection issues to see every connection problem at once.
  • A specific item nested under a group — e.g. Bank connection error on its own, or Cancellation under MRR / subscriptions.

This lets you check, say, connection issues independently from subscription changes.

Date

The Date filter limits the list to a time range — pick a preset like This month or Last 30 days, or set a custom range. All time spans from your earliest notification to today.

The two filters combine: Connection issues + Last 30 days shows only recent connection problems.

Manage notifications

  • Open a notification by clicking it — it marks itself read and jumps to the related item.
  • Mark all as read clears the unread badge in one click, from either the bell menu or the Notifications page.
  • Bulk edit turns on checkboxes so you can select several at once and Delete them or Mark as unread.
