Slack
Send SaaSFlow alerts and summaries to a Slack channel.
Unlike Stripe and HubSpot, Slack is an outbound integration. SaaSFlow doesn't pull data from Slack — it pushes notifications into a channel you pick.
What you get
- New / expanded / churned customer notifications.
- Daily or weekly summaries (configurable).
- Background-task failure alerts (e.g. a sync that errored).
Connect
Open Integrations
Settings → Integrations → Add integration.
Choose Slack
Pick Slack. You'll be redirected to Slack's OAuth consent screen.
Pick a channel
Slack asks which workspace and channel to post to. The channel must already exist — create it in Slack first if needed.
Authorize
Approve the requested scopes. SaaSFlow stores the channel's incoming webhook URL.
Disconnecting
Settings → Integrations → ⋯ → Remove. The Slack app stops posting; the channel is not affected.
