HubSpot
Connect HubSpot to import customers, deals, and commerce subscriptions.
HubSpot is a useful source when your CRM holds subscription contracts that don't live in a billing system, or when you want to enrich customers with CRM context.
What gets imported
- Contacts and companies → SaaSFlow customers.
- Commerce products and SKUs → SaaSFlow products.
- Commerce subscriptions → subscription events that drive the MRR report.
HubSpot is a CRM-only source — it doesn't produce cash transactions. Pair it with Stripe or a bank source for cash flow.
Connect
Open Integrations
Settings → Integrations → Add integration.
Choose HubSpot
Pick HubSpot. You'll be redirected to HubSpot's consent screen.
Authorize
Sign into the HubSpot portal you want to connect and authorize.
Staying in sync
After the initial sync, SaaSFlow stays current automatically — HubSpot notifies us of commerce subscription changes as they happen. Force a full sync from the integration menu (⋯) if you've done large historical changes on the HubSpot side.
Disconnecting
Settings → Integrations → ⋯ → Remove. Imported data stays in SaaSFlow.
