Digistore24
Connect a Digistore24 vendor account to import buyers, subscriptions, payments, and payouts into SaaSFlow.
The Digistore24 integration reads your vendor account through the Digistore24 API and keeps SaaSFlow in sync with it. It brings in subscriptions for MRR and churn and the money side (payments, refunds, commissions, payouts) for cash and P&L.
What gets imported
| Digistore24 object | SaaSFlow object |
|---|---|
| Buyer | Customer, one per buyer. |
| Product | Product, one per Digistore24 product. |
| Order with recurring billing | Subscription. Upgrades and add-ons of the same order form one subscription, so an upgrade reads as an upgrade, not as churn plus a new customer. |
| Payment, refund, chargeback | Transaction on the Digistore24 clearing account, amount = your merchant share. |
| Payout | Transfer from the clearing account, matched with the incoming bank transfer. |
Single payments produce a transaction and revenue, but no subscription. Orders paid with the "Test" payment method are ignored.
Revenue and MRR
MRR and revenue use the buyer price net of VAT, before the Digistore24 commission. A customer paying 29 EUR per month is worth the same MRR on Digistore24 as on Stripe. The commission is booked as payment fees, an affiliate share as paid advertising. The legs of every transaction add up to the merchant amount, so the clearing account balance is what Digistore24 currently holds for you.
Connect
Add the integration
Settings → Integrations → Add integration. Pick Digistore24.
Approve the API key in Digistore24
SaaSFlow opens Digistore24, where you log in and approve a read-only API key for SaaSFlow. Digistore24 sends you back and the connection is stored.
Wait for the first sync
SaaSFlow reads the full order history, then imports subscriptions and transactions. The navigation bar shows the progress. Larger accounts take a few minutes.
Keeping it in sync
SaaSFlow refreshes the last three days every night at 02:00 (Berlin time). Use Refresh data on the integration for an immediate update, or Full resync to re-read the whole history.
Digistore24 has no change feed, so a cancellation only shows once Digistore24 records the next rebilling event. Refunds and chargebacks never change subscription events, same as Stripe.
Payouts
Every payout appears as a transfer on the clearing account. When the money arrives on your bank account, SaaSFlow links both sides through a transit account so it shows once in cash, not twice. Payouts on the Digistore24 development account are empty; live accounts receive them as soon as the first credit note is issued.
Disconnecting
Settings → Integrations → ⋯ → Remove. SaaSFlow deletes its API key inside your Digistore24 account. Transactions, customers and subscription history stay.
