Profit & loss
Revenue minus categorized expenses, with planning percentages and a top-vendor breakdown.
The Profit & loss report (sidebar → Profit & loss) shows revenue and expenses by category over time. Revenue & expenses is a simpler single-page summary of the same data.
What's in the report
- Revenue side — every revenue category, summed per period.
- Expense side — every expense category, summed per period.
- Net — revenue minus expenses.
- Planning percentages — each category can carry a target percentage of revenue; the report shows actual vs. plan. You can toggle planning percentages for past months on or off in Settings → Company settings.
- Top expense vendors — biggest counterparties under each expense category, useful for "where did all the money go" questions.
